Players withdrawing prior to January 29, 2012 will be issued a full refund. After January 29, 2012 NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the child's name, date of birth, and address. All requests must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope sent to:
