The La Mirada Baseball Association issues a team cap and jersey to every player on your team as part of their registration. We do not allow uniform upgrades except in the Pony Division and all upgrades must be purchased by the team.
Below you will find a Sargent's Uniform order form. This form must be typed and not hand written and submitted to your Commissioner no later than two (2) days after your division draft. Submitting your order later may cause delays in receiving your team's uniforms. NOTE: If you have player adds or drops or other changes to your uniform order please contact Kimberly Sawyer asap. Under no circumstance should you communicate uniform changes with Sargents directly.
Each uniform comes with a number. Numbering in the Tiny-T & Shetland divisions is done sequentially 1 through 12.
If you chose to have names printed on the back of the jersey it is extra. Prices are as follows;
* One color names $4.00
** Two color names $8.00
*** Two color numbers $2.00
