The La Mirada Baseball Association issues a team cap and jersey to every player on your team as part of their registration. We do not allow uniform upgrades.

Above you will find a uniform order form. Please fill out the uniform order form that in your division and team Folder. Submitting your order late may cause delays in receiving your team's uniforms and you risk not having uniforms for opening day.

Each uniform comes with a single-color number and last name. Please make sure all last names as typed in ALL CAPS!
