La Mirada Baseball Association

The La Mirada Baseball Association issues a team cap and jersey to every player on your team as part of their registration. We do not allow uniform upgrades except in the Pony Division which must be coordinated through Sara Sansores, and all upgrades must be purchased by the team.

Below you will find a Sargent's Uniform order form. This form must be
typed and not hand written and submitted to your Division Team Parent Coordinator no later than noon on Friday, February 5th. Submitting your order late may cause delays in receiving your team's uniforms and not being able to participate in picture day.

NOTE: If you have player adds or drops or other changes to your uniform order please contact Sara Sansores at (562) 822-6618 ASAP. Under no circumstance should you communicate uniform changes with Sargents directly.

Each uniform comes with a number. Numbering in the Tiny-T & Shetland divisions is done sequentially 1 through 12.

If you chose to have names printed on the back of the jersey it is extra.
Prices are as follows, per uniform:

• One color number (only) $3.00*
• One color last name and number $7.00
• Two color number (only) $12.00
• Two color last name and number $14.00
